Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Kuii Coconut Drink
  • ½ cup cooked jasmine rice (cooled)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions:

1. Mix and Heat:

Combine Kuii, cooked rice, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan. Gently simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Thicken:

Continue cooking until the mixture becomes creamy and rice is very tender.

3. Serve:

Serve warm or chilled with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
